James was very professional and thorough.  He informed me of a few short comings, such as only 6" insulation in the attic, and explained of what I should save up money for if I needed to replace the furnace, AC, or water heater in a few years.  I was very pleased with his inspection.

I was a first time home buyer and was very nervous.  James pointed out quite a few problems that needed to be corrected by me or the seller before I could get occupancy.  He found some mold in the basement, and we sent away a sample as well as having him come back to do an air quality test.  The lab called back with mold findings, and I got the seller to drop the price $2,000.  I got a good house for a reduced price.  Thanks James.

They weren't the most cheapest I found, but well under some others that were over $100 higher.  James sold me on his past experience that I found on his website.  He did a very thorough job.  I'd use him again.
